Hello! I’m Sue Neumann, your favorite travel agent! My passion is helping individuals, couples and small groups go on the all-inclusive beach vacation of their lives. I have 6 years of experience booking travel and never charge any booking fees.

1. If you are traveling outside the country, always check the expiration date of your passport when you make your travel plans. Any passport that expires within 6 months is not valid.
2. Always check the spelling of your name and date of birth on your itinerary to make sure it is correct. You cannot fly if your information does not match your passport or photo ID.
3. Make sure to check the airline for their baggage weight restrictions – this can change. For example, Frontier Airlines just lowered their checked bag weight limit to 40 lbs.
4. If you are not sure what you can and cannot pack in your carry-on bag for your flight just go to tsa.gov and look under Travel/Security Screening for requirements.
5. If you need to renew your passport, don’t wait until it has been expired more than 6 months because you will have to start the process as if you were applying for the first time.
6. Requesting a new passport can take up to 11 weeks so if you need it quicker, you must request it to be expedited.
7. When you fly, be sure to take any valuables or things you cannot be without or afford to lose on the plane with you. Leave the expensive items at home unless you just can’t live without them.
8. When you travel, whether in or outside the country, do not walk alone off the resort or hotel. Always take transportation in groups and I recommend Amstar as your excursion provider for all your all-inclusive beach vacations.
